About Dr. Keisha Benson Woods

In her research on multigenerational workers, Dr. Keisha published the first statistical support that reverse mentoring improves job satisfaction and employee engagement in older IT workers. High job satisfaction and employee engagement translate into higher employee retention, driving down organizational turnover costs.

Dr. Keisha has 20+ years of experience in federal business development, marketing electronic systems and sensors for the safe navigation of waterways to prevent piracy in the Americas, including Brazil, Argentina, Panama, and Canada, and providing satellite systems, national nuclear security, CBRNE, and information technology solutions for the DoD, federal civilian agencies, and the intelligence community.

She is currently the AFCEA NOVA VP of Education and the NOVA ReMP Chair.
